If you are looking for a rental in the Chicagoland area, I can help you find it via the MLS and there is no charge to you. In addition to the traditional unfurnished apartment requiring a minimum of a 1 year lease, I have access to property being offered furnished and/or for a short term lease as in a corporate suite. I do not make you sign an ‘exclusive’ agreement.

For owners/landlords, I offer a Full Service package.
      
The fee for this is usually 1 month rent, but determined by you and somewhat dependant on the rent amount. The higher the monthly rent, the less you usually need to offer. If I can find a tenant who is not working with another agent, my fee to you is only half. With this you receive the following:
 
• Listed in the MLS with up to 9 pictures. 
 
• Listed on Realtor.com with links to scores of other major real estate websites.

• Coordinate all showings w/owner and/or existing tenant, & follow up as needed.

• Place lock box or have ‘key with doorman’ so I can confirm all appointment requests in case I have a scheduling conflict. 
    
• Unlimited changes/adjustments to your MLS listing information sheet if needed.

• 1 Chicago Realty Associates rental sign for use during the term of the listing. 
 
• 1 acrylic flyer/brochure box to use during the term of the listing, if needed.

• All paperwork…leases, disclosures etc.

• If/when an offer comes in from a prospective tenant who is represented by a Broker, I will assist to negotiate that offer as required by The Real Estate License Act of 2000 Sec 15-75. If agreement is reached on price and terms, I will see that the paperwork is properly completed.

• I keep in touch and continue to follow up until tenant moves in.

• If I can ever help you find an investment property to purchase, I give a Buyer Rebate (20%) of my share of the coop commission to you at closing.
